หลังได้รับสินค้า ร้านไม่รับคืนเมล็ดกาแฟที่เปิดถุงแล้ว ยกเว้นกรณีที่กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น

เสื้อ

ร้านไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนเงินสำหรับเสื้อ ยกเว้นกรณีที่กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น

สินค้ามีปัญหาและสิทธิตามกฎหมาย

หากได้รับสินค้าผิดรายการ เสียหาย หรือมีข้อบกพร่อง โปรดติดต่อ yuai.sriwilas@gmail.com พร้อมหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อและรายละเอียดปัญหา เพื่อให้ร้านตรวจสอบและดำเนินการตามสิทธิที่กฎหมายกำหนด นโยบายนี้ไม่จำกัดสิทธิของผู้บริโภคตามกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ รวมถึงสิทธิในการยกเลิกหรือคืนสินค้าที่กฎหมายกำหนด

Coffee beans

After delivery, we do not accept returns of coffee beans once the bag has been opened, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

T-shirts

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for T-shirts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Product issues and statutory rights

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact yuai.sriwilas@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue so we can review it and provide any remedy required by applicable law. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights, including any cancellation or return rights required by applicable law.
